Quality Systems Analyst


 

Job Description


Responsible for, but not limited to:

Influencing and driving IAO program management by partnering closely with IT, Business Unit partners and the existing Global Supply Chain Quality and Reliability (GSCQR) Configuration Management and Quality Systems team to define and execute detailed transition plans to move sustaining applications from the existing Systems Components Product Engineering and ECO database (SPEED) infrastructure to the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), SAP/S4 material master and “Blue Yonder” scheduling tool inputs.

Key business processes include the uninterrupted operation of Intel materials, piece part and finished goods material masters and Bills Of Material (BOMs) using industry Best Known Methods (BKM) classes and characteristics (currently SPEED and OCPLM (Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management), incoming material quality validation (currently MQCS (Materials Quality Certificate System)) and excursion monitoring system (currently SPEED ILM (Issue Lifecycle Management)) and upstream and downstream applications which interact with other groups such as EHS (Environmental Health and Safety) (primarily I-Chem) and CPRS (Corporate Product Regulations and Standards), driving process improvements and proactively seek opportunities for standardization and efficiencies.

Candidates need to be able to learn and contribute to a dispersed team environment (multi-site team).


Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

Candidate must have at least two of the following:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent military experience.
  • 5+ years related experience working with the ERP software platforms, preferably the Intel “SPEED” platform.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of the structure of an ERP system and how BOMs work.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a resume of successfully managing IT programs.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $136,750.00-$232,630.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
