The tasks and responsibilities of a Facility Coordinator are diverse and challenging. In your role as Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for precise planning and communication with the colleagues of our customer, the ISS colleagues, and the various suppliers.
You will support the entire Facility operation with a focus on service provision and maintaining a prestigious work environment. You will manage all Facility contracts in collaboration with the Faciltiy Manager, including technical installations, maintenance & cleaning, security and contract management . You will also be responsible for reception and catering, ensuring optimization and efficiency.
As a Facility Manager, you are part of the ISS family, where you will receive various trainings and always be able to count on support. The customer you will work for is located in Brussels, where you will be present almost every day. You will deal with operational challenges and responsibilities, always in consultation with the customer and the on-site teams. As a partner in Facility Management and the largest worldwide, we also want to be a progressive and innovative partner. Therefore, you will also be involved in developing new processes and improvements.
Profiel
- Fluent in English & French, the knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus!
- Strong communication Skills
- You already have a first experience in Facility Management
- Critical thinker
- Problem solver
