Job Description:
Perform the preparation and manufacturing for Protein Purification manufacturing in GMP area according to the manufacturing plan. These include document preparation, material preparation, buffer preparation, Protein purification, virus inactive and virus filtration, UF/DF, bulk filling and freeze thaw and validation and so on；
按照生产计划在GMP区域开展准备及生产活动，包括文件准备、物料准备、缓冲液准备、蛋白纯化、病毒灭活和除病毒过滤、超滤渗滤、原液分装冻融、验证等相关活动；
Generate and revise the SOP, batch record and related document according to the process. Make sure the record the information timely, true. Report the information when find the unnormal situation or deviation timely；
按照生产工艺，编制及修订操作SOP、批生产记录等GMP相关文件；确保及时、真实的完成相关记录；生产过程中出现的任何异常、差错需及时汇报；
Submit the material procurement plan, apply material and material return according to the manufacturing plan；
按照生产计划进行生产物料的采购计划提交、物料申领、退库；
Manage, clean, maintain the equipment and cleaning room；
进行设备的管理、清洁及维护；进行车间内相关区域的清洁；
Cooperate with GMP upstream department, MST department, process department, engineer department, QA, QC and warehouse department in a good manner；
与GMP上游生产部、技术转移、研发、工程、QA、QC和仓库等部门保持良好的沟通协作；
Any other assignment as is determined by supervisor.
完成上级安排的其他工作。

Qualification Required:

College degree or above in Pharmacy, Biology or Chemistry; alternatively
大专或以上学历，药学，生物学或化学专业。
Technical/Skills Required
技术/技能训练
Familiar with downstream purification technologies, including Viral filtration, chromatography, ultrafiltration, etc.
熟悉下游纯化技术，包括除病毒过滤，层析，超滤等。
Working Experience
工作经验
Recent graduate or have 2 year or more experience in protein purification, viral filtration, ultrafiltration operation and so on.
应届毕业生或2 年及以上蛋白纯化，除病毒过滤，超滤，等相关操作经验。
Language, Computer Literacy, Office Software, etc.
语言能力，电脑知识，办公软件等
Familiar with the Office software like the Word, Excel；
熟练掌握Word, Excel 等Office办公软件；
CET-4 or advance qualification, can read and write with English.
