Position Summary:
**This is a temporary role with a minimum of 40 hrs./month **
The Social Media Community Manager will help with the day-to-day platform maintenance duties of our Social Media Manager and Coordinator. These duties will primarily include: community management of our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest, along with proactive engagement on these platforms. Opportunity for additional hours/duties may arise and knowledge of how to post content, record social media insights, and assist with content planning and creation is a plus. This person will work alongside Brand Marketing and DTC partners such as our Associate Director of PR and our Customer Service team. NYC-metro area preferred but not required.
Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions and comments on social channels, adhering to scripts and brand voice
- Connect customers to Customer Service or collaborate with business partner teams when questions or situations arise that cannot be solved through the platform
- Engage with relevant brands, creators, posts, stories, or mentions
- Occassionally:
o Document social media metrics for tracking and reporting purposes
o May need to assist with some creative asset creation and copy writing if necessary*
PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Note: Flexible hours are required for this position. Some hours may be required on select weekends and holidays.

Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Must be creative, motivated, organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the sustainable and luxury fashion industries.
- Interest in all things social media.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Canva or Dash Hudson experience is a plus.
TikTok/Reels editing knowledge is a plus.
The hiring salary range for this role is $25.00- 35.00/Hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications.
