The Role
A Senior Software Developer in the Data Platform team, in charge of developing and maintaining applications that process large volumes of medical records securely while preserving patient privacy.
What You’ll Do
- Write back-end code in Java, which is highly reliable, scalable, and efficiently processes Big Data
- Maintain high standards of security and documentation during all stages of development
- Write new applications as required and maintain legacy applications responsibly
- Work as part of a team on agile sprints
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Java
- B.Sc. in Computer science
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Relational DBs, Spring Framework
Nice to Have
- Familiar with Big Data distributed computing, such as Apache Spark
- Familiar with security best practices
- Experience working in teams with an Agile methodology (Sprints, CI/CD)
