We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail math, math, 10 key typing, cashiering, and cash management.
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and 10 key calculator
- Maintain accurate cash drawer and perform cash management duties
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Strong math skills, including retail math
- Proficient in 10 key typing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
