We are currently seeking a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for an established mental health organization based in Middle Tennessee that is expanding to the Chattanooga, TN area.
The Nurse Practitioner will:
--Provide direct psychiatric services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnoses, and treatment of pediatric and adult patients
--Identify patient's mental health problems and prescribe treatment under direction of a physician
--Implement mental health services utilizing therapeutic regimens approved by a psychiatrist
Requirements
--FPMHNP license required
--NPI number, DEA number required
--MSN and BSN degrees from an accredited progra! m
--Previous Mental Health Nurse Practitioner experie! nce required; pediatric experience preferred
--Demonstrated evidence of self-direction and strong organizational skills
