We are seeking Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our clinical team in Chattanooga, TN to provide assessment/evaluations, medication, consultation and primary care integration with a diverse children and youth population in a community-based setting. Our Population and Service Delivery Philosophy Clients of diverse backgrounds including rural, urban and Appalachian present with a mix of acuity and complex psychiatric disorders. The Center uses a community-based team approach to treatment including outpatient therapy, community care coordination, and continuous treatment team models to serve children and youth with evidenced-based programming that focuses on optimal outcomes for our clients served.
