Promofect, LLC, a leading provider of promotional products and customized apparel, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Promotional Products Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and play a key role in taking our business to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify and source promotional products for client requests
- Prepare accurate and timely price quotes for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability
- Collaborate with vendors to manage orders, including tracking and monitoring shipment progress
- Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of popular items
- Work closely with clients to understand their promotional needs and provide excellent customer service
- Provide support in the creation of custom apparel jobs, including pricing, design coordination, and order management
- Assist in the development of presentations and proposals using PowerPoint software
- Utilize Printavo software to streamline order processing and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the promotional products industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations
- Familiarity with Printavo software or similar order management systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
