Promofect, LLC, a leading provider of promotional products and customized apparel, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Promotional Products Assistant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and play a key role in taking our business to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and source promotional products for client requests
  • Prepare accurate and timely price quotes for clients, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability
  • Collaborate with vendors to manage orders, including tracking and monitoring shipment progress
  • Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of popular items
  • Work closely with clients to understand their promotional needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide support in the creation of custom apparel jobs, including pricing, design coordination, and order management
  • Assist in the development of presentations and proposals using PowerPoint software
  • Utilize Printavo software to streamline order processing and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the promotional products industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with Printavo software or similar order management systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
