Description
The selected candidate will support in the development of the EHS Management System, underpinned by the existing Global EHS Standards. Specifically, the candidate will be required to take ownership of the development, management, and ongoing improvement of the systems and processes required to ensure the effective control of documented information relating to the operation of the EHS Management system.
The candidate will form part of the Corporate EHS Global Central Programs Team. Responsibilities will focus primarily on supporting/coordinating tasks related to the following:
- Support management of related program documentation and processes (e.g. SOP’s, guidelines)
- Coordinate program out-of-cycle and annual documented information reviews
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and follow up on related actions
- Support the Global EHS Program management in achieving program KPI’s and delivery of customer engagement initiatives
- Continued development and management of a Global Corp EHS Program

The Program Coordinator must be curious, imaginative, and willing to think big. They must be entirely open-minded and focused on providing help, support, and solutions for our customers. The Global EHS Management System is still developing, and as such, the candidate must be a positive and influential contributor to what will be a long-term cultural and behavioral shift for many stakeholders, as well as simply a procedural one.
Skills/experience
- Excellent written and oral communicator, with good technical writing ability
- Have strong administration and coordination skills
- Technologically adept, and able to learn new unfamiliar company systems
- Have analytical skills and be detail oriented while seeing and understanding the larger picture
- Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, workload
- Experience in coordinating the control of documented information in a management system context.
Basic Qualifications
The successful candidate will be or have:
- Professional college degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in Environment, Health, and Safety
- 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities, and workload
- Results orientated and tenacious
The candidate will be supporting 40 hrs/week for 12 months following onboarding.
