Wellness Solutions has a rewarding position for a Nurse Practitioner (PRN)to provide psychiatric and medical services in the state of Tennessee. This is a travel position and will require overnig ht stays.

Our Nurse Practitioners, Physician’s Assistants, Psychiatrists, Psychologists and Licensed Clinical Social Workers work in close collaboration with the medical and nursing staff of our Long Term Care facilities to provide the highest level of personalized health care services during on-site visits. Responsibilities:
Working as a psychiatric provider and/or a medical provider when other providers are out or interim for vacancy fill-ins.
Qualified candidates meet the following requirements:
- Masters of Science in Nursing
- APN license in TN (non-TN licensees will need to apply for and obtain TN licensure)
- Board certification
- DEA license (not required for application, but must be obtained before hired)
- Willing to travel
- Overnight stays
- 3 years of experience
- Long-term care or Geriatric experience
Additional Information
Compensation
- Our provider compensation system is incentive based and rewards providers who practice as guided by CMS
- Compensation rate is based on location of services provided and level of experience
- Employees are paid during training, which can range from 3-6 weeks depending on employee experience
