The Territory Manager has ownership of targeted Pediatric/Psychiatric physicians and is responsible for representing our company and our products utilizing an innovative business strategy, an intense focus on meeting physician and patient needs and developing strong and lasting relationships with key physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical office personnel and pharmacists in targeted markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Professionally creat! e, maintain and increase sales for key promoted products
Provide continuing education and services to targeted customers
Represent the company in a positive manner adhering to all company, industry, and FDA regulations & guidelines
Meet or exceed sales objectives
Productive, self-management of time and activity
Maintain up-to-date database to document field activity (i.e. sales calls, sampling data, account profiles)
Ability to travel within your territory to call on customers and travel to district and national meetings as required

Self-motivated and self-regulated (ability to work autonomously' and produce results)
Tenacity (ability to have the strength to sell even when facing rejection-- inner courage and determination)

SALARY:
$40,000/ year base salary $24,000/year target bonus, uncapped

OTHER:
Current Drivers License with a clean driving record; 5 years no DUIs

WORKING CONDITIONS:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Stress of regular driving to specific destinations, carrying of sales resources and samples and a high amount of customer interaction each day.
TRAVEL: Some overnight travel will be required dependent on territory geog! raphy and for district, national and training meetings.
