Inside Sales and Service (Client Intake Specialist)-Assessments (Remote)


 

Since 2010, New Directions has provided assessments for a variety of different scenarios, including after DUIs and to evaluate the potential for substance abuse. New Directions is a pioneer when it comes to online and remote assessments, as we have offered this convenient option since we began. This experience is invaluable when presenting your assessment to a court, probation officer, or workplace.

This position will support CST’s new Assessment business and includes both sales and service of new clients.

Inside Sales:

  • Learn/Understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbounds calls to prospective leads
  • Manage active and timely follow up on all leads (following a defined callback cadence); track leads
  • Explain how our process works, the different assessment types, pricing options, and schedules/rush options
  • Close deals, helping customers select the correct assessment and complete their purchase
  • Handle objections by selling value
  • Register each client in our CRM
  • Process credit card payments for each assessment
  • Cross-sell related services as directed
  • Use tools to disposition and note customer accounts appropriately
  • Determine what department a non-qualified lead will need to be transferred to

Scheduling:

  • Match clients with available assessors that are capable of meeting their assessment need
  • Schedule available appointment times within a calendar; reschedule as needed
  • Communicate with evaluators to ensure an effective handoff of each client
  • Efficiently navigate multiple technology systems (web phone, scripts/forms, chat, CRM, document management tool, payment processing, etc) concurrently
  • Work with management on an ongoing basis to improve processes and overall performance
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional familiarity with Office365 products
  • 3+ years of Inside Sales experience
  • Must be a self-starter and exhibit problem solving skills
  • Must be able to display a friendly and helpful disposition and have proven stable work history
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to details
  • Experience in the medical field with HIPPAA compliance a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm Pacific time, 10am-6:30pm Mountain time or 11am-7:30pm Central time
