Rampart Property Management is a property management company seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant. We are a mid-sized, full-service, real estate investment and management firm focused on providing housing and building maintenance in Los Angeles County. Our office is located near Downtown Los Angeles. Our office environment is friendly, respectful and team oriented. This position is full time, 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday. Some experience is required, 2+ years preferred.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Enter bills
Process vendor payments
Collect mail from lobby
File checks/invoices
Insurance Policies
Vendor Management
Turn on/off clean-and-show services with utility companies
Responding to emails and phone calls for current statement or invoices
Review weekly reports and address any issues as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
Ability to interface with diverse personalities; excellent listening skills.
Ability to project an image of confidence and professionalism.
Attention to detail, accuracy and follow through a must.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong personal computer skills: Quickbooks, Appfolio, Intermediate Microsoft Word, Intermediate Excel and Outlook
Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish
General office clerical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
