We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our Cities & Places Team to undertake Mechanical engineering analysis, design and delivery services for mechanical and/or multi-discipline Built Environment projects across ANZ. The right candidate will provide technical advice and inputs into the preparation of design documentation, specifications and reports and attend site inspections and provide technical advice to resolve construction queries.

Based in Wellington, Auckland or Christchurch, you will support both the balance of competing requirements on projects to deliver a design outcome, and the management of operational risk, including project delivery, HSE, quality and service. You will support the team to ensure they thrive in a national setting, forging and maintaining cross-discipline relationships in order to maximise the benefit of national delivery to our clients and our people.

Here’s What You’ll Need:
  • Understanding and application of relevant ANZ Mechanical design standards.
  • A track record of successful project delivery, adhering to strict quality assurance systems
  • A commitment to becoming a Chartered Professional Engineer
  • Industry memberships and participation such as CIBSE or ASHRAE
  • Experience in Mechanical Engineering for buildings
  • A good understanding and application of relevant ANZ Mechanical design standards
