Southeastern Traffic Supply (STS) is traffic control company, servicing both Florida and Georgia, that provides flagging, equipment rental, and MOT plans, permitting, and road safety services. We are seeking ROCKSTAR'S to serve as Flaggers throughout the Pembroke Pines area. STS can promise you an environment that not only encourages your best, but also rewards it with plenty of room to grow!
What you will do as a Traffic Control Technician:
Our traffic control technicians are the lifeline of our organization. You will be trained and certified as a Flagger by FDOT standards (No experience necessary).
- Set up and maintain Traffic Control Work Zones (roads, highways, film sets) to meet customer and DOT needs.
- Work with an awesome team to ensure proper work zone coverage and safety awareness for all moving or stationary objects.
What you’ll bring:
- **MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE**
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Open to flexible work hours
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment screening (We are a Second Chance Employer)
Physical Requirements:
- Physical ability to move heavy objects up to 50lbs, on occasion
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work around moving objects or vehicles
