THE ROLE
The key role of the Reward Consultant is to maintain and consult on all remuneration, incentive and benefit plans and programmes in the Australian Business Unit and contribute to CCEP wide Reward initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Support delivery and ongoing improvements of reward programmes including incentive plans (annual bonus plan, sales incentive plan), remuneration review cycle, superannuation, employee benefits and delivery of global initiatives.
- Lead the annual Superannuation Guarantee change program, including delivering business communication, data analyses and partnering with the People Services team to ensure timely processing of required changes.
- Drive the system configuration (partnering with the external vendor) and all data inputs and outputs (accuracy, completeness and validations) for the annual Remuneration Review process.
- Conduct reward analysis to provide insights as required including market trends, surveys, estimates etc.
- Drive specific programs of work that lead to improvements in efficiency, scalability and cost effectiveness, including streamlining employee remuneration packages, transitioning of employee legacy superannuation and benefit arrangements and enhancements of benefit offerings.
- Conduct job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking for newly created roles including slotting of roles within AU framework where appropriate
- Develop and deliver relevant local training and presentations on reward programmes, organising roadshows where required to raise awareness and use of reward platforms and tools in partnership with P&C Partners.
- Work with P&C Communication and local P&C Partners to ensure BU reward communication is up to date, with an employee experience lens across all aspects of reward.
- Work in partnership with the People Services & Payroll teams to ensure day-to-day compensation related activities are executed, acting as local SME for CCEP wide reward initiatives and support local implementation
- Contribute to the completion of pay equity analysis and compensation governance activities.
- Support local and CCEP Wide reward projects and initiatives, ensuring local implementation of CCEP initiatives
- Take a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of reward to ensure optimal process is in place and employee experience is the top priority
ABOUT YOU
- Professional experience in reward, human resources, finance, and analytics
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels across the organisation
- Ability to explain remuneration concepts in simple terms
- Proficient in cloud-based HR software, specifically Success Factors desirable
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and high attention to detail
- Strong numerical and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel and intermediate Word
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, high volume, multi-task and prioritise
- Solution Focused, with an ability to be agile in delivery
- Tertiary qualification Human Resources, Finance or related discipline
- Certified in Hay or Mercer job evaluation desirable
