The Ranch is seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Family Therapist for our amazing Residential facility.
JOB DUTIES:
Upon arrival of a new client, coordinate with the Residential Clinician as to the pertinent family information and make contact with the family within 24 hours of a working business day
Individual! sessions with clients
Facilitating all family groups, fam! ily educational and multifamily process groups
Conduct Family conjoint sessions
Provides sessions with family members
Provide weekly group counseling or psycho-educational group for clients
Charting of family groups and sessions
Relaying pertinent family program information to the Clinical and Executive Director on a weekly basis both verbally and in written report format
Attends daily clinical team meeting when available
Participates in weekly case conference meeting
Provide support to the clinical team through clinical expertise in family work
Complete weekly Contacts Report' and Admissions Communications Log' and give to Clinical Director
Identify need for referrals to family therapy and make appropriate referrals
Follow-up with referral to confirm that family member(s) have seen therapist/psychiatrist, etc.
Make appropriate referrals for therapist and psychiatrist for caseload; following office referral protocol with an ex! pectation of referring 50% of caseload
Makes appropriate referrals to continuing levels of care within our system as well as to other treatment centers; following office referral protocol
Communicate with referents, where appropriate
Participates in alumni and referral source events pertinent to the facility

LMFT, PhD, LCSW or related degree and clinical qualifications
5years experience with a co-occuring disorders
CSAT qualification preferred.
