Mental Health Cooperative is a progressive menta! l health agency recruiting for Adult Case Managers and Child Case Managers to provide case management services to consumers with severe and persistent mental illness and other team members consumers.
Services are delivered through a multi-disciplinary treatment team consisting of case managers, a team supervisor, a psychiatrist, an Advanced Practice Nurse and a Registered Nurse. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual by focusing on the achievement of personal goals while helping the individual gain control over his or her systems.
We currently have openings at our Metro Center, Antioch, Clarksville, Gallatin and Murfreesboro locations.

We are seeking candidates with a:
Masters or Bachelors degree in a related field of Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology;
Valid Tennessee drivers license with F endo! rsement
Acceptable MVR report
Individual car insurance! allowing transportation of consumers 10â€"15% of the time
Acceptable personal background clearances.
