Responsible for achievement of sales goals and successful implementation of business unit, product, regional and local business plans. Develop! and maintain deep knowledge of schizophrenia networks (offices, accounts, institutions, systems of care) and patient flows in the area and utilize those insights in business planning and implementation. Key objectives:
Contribute to the functioning of a high performing area sales team
Achieve all sales goals and meet all company performance standards and helping others on the team do the same
Ensure in meeting and or exceeding all company expectations with regard to Novartis Values and Behaviors and Sales Functional Competencies
Invest in continuous professional development, using company systems and tools, to create and implement a personal training and development plan.
Achieve sales goals
Develop comprehensive area and schizophrenia network business plans
Implement all BU, Product, Regional and Local tactical plans on time, while ensuring quality execution
Work effectively with all Novartis Stakeholders who share key customers and account! s â€" PAM, KAMs, primary care.
Work in accordance with our! Ethics and Compliance policies.
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment, free from all forms of discrimination and harassment Minimum requirements Bachelors degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline).
Minimum two years of successful sales experience
Preferred
MBA
Work within 25 miles of the territory’s border
Pharmaceutical specialty sales experience.
Hospital, institutional or account sales experience
Experience in psychiatry therapeutic area
This position may require significant travel due to the large geography for which the incumbent will be responsible, including:
