We are currently recruiting for a proven and experienced Unit Manager (RN) in long-term care for our skilled nursing facility we own and operate Monteagle, TN.
The! Bridge at Monteagle is conveniently located near I-24 on the Cumberland Plateau and only 50 miles from Chattanooga, TN. This 150-bed skilled and intermediate nursing facility provides a safe, secure environment for those in need of medical care, and specializes in customized dementia and behavioral care for cognitively impaired residents. Residents benefit from a safe, structured environment under the direction and coordination of a licensed Psychiatrist and Psychologist. Services are provided to individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living, to those who are basically independent but have physician-ordered medical needs, and to those who require total assistance with all of their daily needs. Each employee takes pride in providing the highest level of care to the residents by meeting their specific medical needs and supporting their socialization with friends and family while they are here.

Summary:
Re! sponsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents! . Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNA’s and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care. Also serve as the Assistant Director of Nursing when needed.
Minimum qualifications: Must have current RN nursing state license, 1+ years experience in geriatrics/long term care management, proven leadership, ability to handle multiple assignments and issues, excellent communication and organizational skills a must and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Embrace a servant leadership "hands on" approach to how we care for our residents with a "can do" attitude.
