The primary role of the Case Manager is to facilitate treatment needs in orderfor the consumer to receive quality health-care service. The Case Manager facilities consumer satis! faction by developing,monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress. TheCase Manager relies on extensive experience, judgement, and protocols establishedby theorganization's clinical advisors to plan andaccomplish consumer's goals. To enable high-quality services, the Case Manager must be able to speak knowledgably of the scope of services our organization provides and demonstrate effective leadership skills to ensure that theservice(s)provided exceed expectations. The Case Manager will service the consumer as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team composed of Clinical Psychologists. Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Social Workers, and other health-care providers.
Qualifications
(1)Have a degree (Associates or Bachelors) from an accredited university or
professional program. The specialty area of the degree must be consistent with
the assignment for which the applicant is to be employed. (2) Must have
applicab! le experience that can be demonstrated (3) Must complete and p! ass all
federal background checks and drug screenings (4) Must have own reliabletransportation with current automobile insurance
