Founded in 1995, FRN quickly established itself as a premier organization for providing integrated treatment for persons with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians are trained in the techniques of motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy and trauma resolution. We provide individual and group therapy, intensive family programs, psychoeducational workshops, introduction to 12-Step groups and other complementary therapeutic programs. Our network of related treatment providers offers patients a complete continuum of care from admission to aftercare and includes comprehensive discharge planning and a robust alumni program. .
In every patient interaction, La Paloma strives to create lifetime relationships for long-term recovery.La Paloma is currently searching for a Clinical Director to provide leadership and oversight of the clinical program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the core clinical product †the FRN Model of treatment (use of Motivational Interviewing and Stages of Change). He/she will coordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure current, relevant evidence-based practice techniques are being provided, as well as assuring a patient-centered focus, and creating an environment of enthusiasm and commitment to the recovery process. La Paloma is CARF accredited and the individual will be responsible for ensuring all standards related to the clinical program are met.
