We are looking for an experienced Travel Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customers with comprehensive travel advice and assistance, including researching and recommending destinations, booking flights and accommodations, and creating customized itineraries. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to think on their feet in order to provide customers with the best possible experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with travel advice and information.
- Research and compare different travel options to find the best deals for customers.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services for customers.
- Keep up to date with new destinations, attractions, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide customers with detailed information about their destination and any necessary travel documents.
- Ensure that all customer bookings are accurate and up to date.
