The Shift Leader role includes;
- Leading daily shift, coaching and developing the team, working closely with the Section Leader.
- Leads by example, embracing the Bents Ways and culture promoting to the colleagues.
- Provides guidance and support to colleagues to enable them to deliver.
- Ensures the shop floor appearance is kept to high standards.
- Provides feedback to team members in the moment, coaching and training where needed.

Salary: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
