Psychiatric Medical Care focuses on bringing Behavioral Healthcare Services to rural communities. Since 2003, our leadership team has been focused on improving the lives of our Senior Citizen population and partneri ng with hospital systems across the country to provide the best possible behavioral health services. We operate over 50 programs from North Carolina to California.

We are a management company that partners with hospitals to offer both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services. Our inpatient programs are operated in hospitals from 26 to 300 beds. Our out-patient program partners with rural hospitals across the country and is designed to meet the needs of seniors who are struggling with issues such as depression or anxiety that can often be related to aging. The patient is offered services by an interdisciplinary team of caring, experienced, behavioral health professionals, which includes a Psychiatrist, Licensed Therapist, and Registered Nurse.

Our services are currently offered in 18 states and we continue to enter new markets. This position is responsible for directing sales and business development activities for the West Region of both in-patient and out-patient service lines. (Initially the role will focus on Outpatient service lines only). Duties also include implementation of sales strategies and tactics in the designated region and performing all duties to ensure revenue achievement, new business development, client retention and satisfaction.

Job purpose

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire onboarding process for all hires.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for submitting requisition requests and creating new requisition via applicant tracking system for all new positions.
  • Posts and maintains all positions in applicant tracking system, Indeed and other jobsites as needed.
  • Responsible for all communication with new hire regarding onboarding including: offer letters, back ground consent and submittal to Wolfe, professional references, set up new hire in HR platform, update Provider Trust as needed and upload onboarding docum ents into HR personnel files.
  • Develops and maintains advertising programs to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
  • Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
  • Creates detailed maps for all states (to include the top 25 most populated counties in each state).
  • Research counselor license requirements for all states currently in operation and add new states.
  • Create potential call lists to include contact information.
  • Provide support to the HR Director and Talent Acquisition Manager by performing additional HRIS tasks and activities as needed, and other duties as assigned
  • Maintain company career site, ensuring all postings are accurate and current

Job Knowledge

  • Understanding of current trends in recruiting.
  • Knowledge of current federal and state laws.
  • Familiarity and understanding of recruiting and sourcing.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field
  • Healthcare experience preferred, not required
  • Ability to communicate well in written formats, i.e. email
  • Ability to operate as an effective tactical, as well as strategic thinker
  • Self-reliant, good problem solver results oriented
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an on boarding specialist or recruiting coordinator preferred not required
