Responsible to assist the Director of Human Resources in the management of the overall function of the Human Resources Department to include; employment practi! ces, employee relations, wage and salary planning and administration, coordination of benefits programs, management development, coordination of Rewards and Recognition programs and establishing human resources policies and practices.
Requirements
Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Extensive understanding of statistics, salary grids and various federal, state and local laws governing employment procedures. Good computer skills and familiarity with various computer programs. Flexibility and willingness to handle many projects concurrently in addition to availability for on-going personnel situations.
